Section 7. The Action Plan
The following section provides a detailed overview of each of Merced County’s fourteen (14) priority projects recommended for implementation between July 1, 2025 and June 30, 2030. Each priority project includes the following detailed information:
A shorthand description of the specific strategies or actions that are recommended for implementation.
The California bold goal(s) and AARP domain(s) of livability that the recommendation addresses.
A more detailed description of what the recommended strategies or actions encompass, and the gaps to be addressed.
Highlights a few existing strengths that can support the implementation of the recommendation.
Indicates whether the recommendation is likely to be completed in a shorter (1-12 months), medium (12-24 months), or longer term (24+ months) timeline.
The community-level goal(s) and progress indicators for achieving an age- and disability-friendly Merced County through the recommendation.
